Meet Sayre (SAY-er)

I work with change-makers - executives and middle managers who are focused on strengthening the core of their organization and transforming their business for the post-pandemic world.

 

For executives this means examining their current assumptions, reframing their perspective, and reinventing themselves as leaders.

For middle managers this means taking on a larger leadership role, learning new skills, improving their communications and scaling their team for growth.

I have worked as a consultant and coach with clients experiencing change, transition, and crises over the past 30+ years guiding them through transformational change and growth.

I am not just someone with an MBA that checks the boxes. Through my experience, I have honed my skills as an accomplished strategist, business coach, and change agent to expand their thinking about how to design and implement change so that it is more likely to be successful and integrated within all appropriate functions to create maximum value;  leverage external change to create new opportunities; and shift from past norms and old thinking to create organizations ready for the post-pandemic world.
