Provides learning opportunities to develop peer-to-peer relationships and an internal learning community. 12-week program, 60-minute sessions plus 3 group coaching sessions and 3 1:1 coaching sessions

Momentum Boost

A straight up training program for Middle Managers needing to improve specific skills. Choose up to 4 of the 6 modules to be held within 12 months, 60-minute sessions 45 content | 15 Q&A.

Middle Manager "Boot Camp"

An onsite  1 1/2 – 2-day workshop designed to help Middle Managers quickly get up to speed and create their 30-60-90-day plan in conversation with their supervisor

Coaching-On-Call

On-Call coaching available to Middle Managers involved in dynamic change – large- scale change initiative, crises and transitions, reorganizations and M&As. 20 hours of coaching per week for designated managers available in 1 - 3 month engagements

1:1 Business Coaching

A traditional coaching offering; 60 minutes of coaching 2-3 sessions per month, offered in 3-month packages
