Meet Sayre.

My approach is to create velocity – or speed by design to align leadership, strategy, people, communications and process to work take advantage of future opportunities, while also addressing present-day issues.

For more than 30 years, I have worked with executives and middle managers to support organizational growth and transition. I have repeated success in repositioning leaders to help them lead change, launching "organizational firsts", realigning their culture to support current goals, creating strategies and executing on their plans, rebuilding customer and stakeholder relationships, and resetting their business for the future.

I bring a breadth and depth of experience to my clients in leadership, large-scale organizational change, strategy development and execution. I help rebuild trust among employees/members/stakeholders, facilitate contentious situations and navigate difficult conversations, and ready organizations for crisis prevention and mitigation.

While I have worked with businesses of all size, I have also held several leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies, and national non-profit organizations.

Although industry agnostic, I bring a breadth and depth of experience in health care with providers, payers, national associations, disease-state organization, medical device companies, and insurance. I have worked and consulted with some of the nation’s leading health care organizations, including:

  • Keck Medical Center at the University of Southern California, the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center

  • National health care associations – American Neurology Association, VHA Upper Midwest, and the Alzheimer’s Association MN/ND Chapter

  • Minnesota health plans – Medica, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota

  • Medical device manufacturers – Medtronic and Boston Scientific

  • Hospitals and clinics – including every hospital in the Twin Cities, the Courage Center, and the Minnesota Eye Consultants.
