How I Work

1:1 Conversations

When you need a quick coaching-in-the-moment conversation, On-Call coaching is available to Executives and Senior Leaders when working on large-scale change, crisis, transitions and reorganizations. When you want a contiguous coaching conversation over several weeks/months, flexible 1:1 coaching packages are available.

Team Presentations & Facilitations

Team presentations are for teams needing support to reset or launch a new project, process or direction. In consultation with the team, a customized presentation will be developed to help the team understand where they are stuck, what additional considerations are needed, and how they can expand their project planning.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is available to groups of 8-10 individuals focused on skill development or topics related to their own issues. Team coaching, on common issues for a specific team are also available for 8-10 individuals. Single-session engagements or ongoing engagements are available.

Consulting Engagements

Customized consulting engagements for support specific projects, provide project management, leadership support to get a project back on track, or launch a one-of-a-kind organizational first.
